Montenegro Concierge DMC co-organised The Leading Luxury 2025 for Leading Hotels of the World — a three-day gathering at The Chedi Luštica Bay welcoming top US luxury hospitality buyers to Montenegro.

Witha one-year lead time and a highly discerning audience of luxury buyers, the programme carried little margin for error — every venue, meal and transition needed to reflect the standard LHW guests expect worldwide.
The brief also had to balance two distinct goals within a single three-day arc: immersive destination discovery and structured, productive B2B meetings with more than 30 LHW member properties.
Montenegro Concierge DMC took care of all ground services — from transportation to curated experiencesand the gala event — while also participating directly in the B2B meetings to showcase the destination alongside The Chedi Luštica Bay.
The programme was designed to let guests experience Montenegro's rhythm gradually: days spent exploring the country's most remarkable locations, evenings bringing everyone together around the table, with each dinner celebrating local flavours with a contemporary twist.

The event opened with a relaxed poolside reception overlooking the Adriatic coast, setting the tone for the days ahead.

Guests experienced a cable car journey above the Bay of Kotor, lunch at Forza Kuk in Lovćen National Park, and a visit to Kotor Old Town — followed by an evening on Our Lady of Mercy Island, with an intimate cultural performance and traditional Montenegrin specialties under moonlight.

The final day focused on meaningful business connections through a series of one-on-one meetings between MICE professionals and representatives from more than 30 Leading Hotels of the World member properties, opening the door to future collaborations.
The event strengthened relationships across the LHW network and opened new business opportunities for both Montenegro Concierge DMC and The Chedi Luštica Bay.
