FAQ

A destination management company is a local expert partner that international agencies and corporations engage when organising events or travel programmes in a specific destination.
A DMC handles everything on the ground — venue sourcing, transfers, experience design, and on-site coordination — with direct supplier access that no external partner can replicate.
As one of the leading event specialists in the country, we've delivered some of Montenegro's most prestigious events.
We specialise in tailor-made incentive travel programmes, corporate events, business meetings and conferences, product launches, and luxury concierge services — for both agencies and private clients. Every MICE programme is designed around your brief, your group, and your outcomes.
Our headquarters are in Tivat, on the Montenegrin coast — giving us direct access to Porto Montenegro, Portonovi, Luštica Bay, Bay of Kotor, and the Adriatic's key luxury properties.
We operate across the entire country, from the coast to the mountains.
We work with international agencies and corporations from the UK, Western Europe, North America, Latin America, and Australia.

Montenegro combines Adriatic coastline, UNESCO-protected bays, mountain landscapes, and national parks within a two-hour drive — all serviced by world-class properties including Aman Sveti Stefan, One&Only Portonovi, The Chedi Luštica Bay, Regent Porto Montenegro, Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, and Mamula Island by Banyan Tree.
It's a place where luxury meets tradition, and hospitality isn't staged — it's lived. Days unfold slowly here, with long lunches, unhurried conversations and a gastronomy that feels like coming home. It remains one of Europe's most compelling and least saturated incentive destinations in 2026.
Montenegro's geography is layered rather than linear. Within a two-hour drive, a group moves fromthe Adriatic coast and UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor to mountain landscapes, national parks, and Lake Skadar — three completely different environments, one seamless programme, no multi-country logistics.
The country's authenticity — its culture, customs and traditions — remains genuinely present, and we weave it into every programme we design. Unlike many established Mediterranean destinations, Montenegro is still in its golden era: accessible, world-class, and not yet overrun.
The Adriatic season runs from April to October, with peak MICE travel in May, June and September. Spring and autumn offer excellent conditions with fewer crowds and more competitive rates.
Winter programmes focus on mountain experiences in the north, including Kolašin, Durmitor National Park and ski resorts. Montenegro's hotel portfolio and infrastructure operate year-round.
Montenegro offers gala dinner settings that range from medieval fortresses and Venetian-era piazzas to infinity pools, superyacht marinas and private island terraces.
Standout options include the ramparts of Kotor Old Town, the marina at Porto Montenegro, the terrace at Aman Sveti Stefan, and the historic fortress of Mamula Island by Banyan Tree.
