• Destination: Montenegro
• Duration: 3 days
• Delegates: 70
• Lead time: 9 months

The objective was to create a forum in Montenegro that would go beyond business sessions and deliver something more memorable, more connected, and more community-driven.
Built around the theme Stronger Together, the event was designed to bring TMC partners and suppliers together in a setting that supported both professional exchange and genuine relationship-building.
Alongside business sessions and networking, the program also needed to include standout destination experiences and a CSR activity with meaningful local impact.

Montenegro Concierge DMC supported the local delivery of the event through destination expertise, venue and experience sourcing, logistic coordination, transport planning, supplier management, and on-site support.
Our role was to help shape a program that moved smoothly between formal sessions, informal networking, destination-led moments, and local experiences that reflected the character of Montenegro.

Montenegro was selected as a destination that could offer accessibility, strong hospitality infrastructure, and a rich range of experiences within a compact geography.
The Chedi Luštica Bay was chosen as the event base, providing a sustainable and intimate setting for both accommodation and the main event program. Its event spaces, overall atmosphere, and location made it possible to host the group in one place while creating a seamless balance between business and leisure.

The itinerary was designed to combine structured sessions with shared experiences that encouraged a more natural and memorable type of connection. Delegates arrived to welcome drinks and a beach barbecue, setting the tone for the days ahead.
Both full days then began with a choice of morning activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling, yoga, and spa time, before the formal business agenda started.

The destination-led experiences were central to the program.
One evening included a cable car journey to Lovćen Mountain, a traditional Montenegrin dance performance at the summit, and sunset dinner at Forza Kuk.
The return to the hotel followed the magnificent 25-kilometer Serpentine Road, making the journey back just as memorable as the evening itself.

Another highlight brought delegates into the Bay of Kotor by speedboat, including a stop at the submarine tunnel, before continuing to Lady of Mercy Island — home to the 12th-century Saint George Catholic Monastery — for the CSR activation.
During the day on the island, everyone actively participated in a variety of activities, including clearing shrubs, renovating the restrooms, and cleaning the kitchen area.
More than 20 olive trees were planted, along with a selection of decorative flowers, contributing to the island’s natural beauty. These efforts were part of a meaningful CSR initiative on the island of Our Lady of Mercy, aimed at preserving its environment and enhancing its sustainability.

We beautifully wrapped up the final day and evening with a sunset catamaran cruise towards the stunning Baroque town of Perast.
There, we enjoyed a memorable dinner followed by an auction. As a special highlight of the evening, we were delighted by a surprise performance from a traditional klapa group from the Bay of Kotor, who enriched the atmosphere with authentic coastal songs.
Together, these moments gave the forum a strong sense of place while reinforcing the event’s wider purpose: creating space for connection, collaboration, and shared experience.

• Welcome evening in Luštica Bay
Welcome drinks and a beach barbecue created an easy and informal setting for reconnecting with existing partners and meeting new ones.
• Morning activity concept
Optional active and wellness-based experiences before the formal agenda helped create a more relaxed rhythm of networking and interaction.

• Lovćen Mountain experience
A cable car ascent, traditional cultural performance, and sunset dinner created one of the most memorable destination moments of the event.

• Bay of Kotor speedboat experience
A dynamic journey across the bay became one of the program’s standout moments, combining scenic movement, surprise elements, and a memorable sense of arrival.

• CSR activities on Lady of Mercy Island
Delegates took part in practical restoration activities including gardening, clearing paths, painting, varnishing, planting olive trees, and supporting work across the island.

• Farewell finale in Perast
The closing evening brought the group together in one of Montenegro’s most atmospheric coastal settings, ending the forum on a strong emotional and social note.

The event successfully supported new business connections across the One Global community while strengthening the sense of partnership and shared identity among delegates.
The CSR activation made a visible contribution to the restoration efforts on Lady of Mercy Island, while the closing auction provided meaningful support for the site’s future restoration.
The overall success of the program was later recognized when the event was named Event of the Year 2025, confirming the strength of both the concept and the delivery.

Everything was seamless, even the most demanding guests were taken aback by what the team created and executed for us.
A million thank you's, we loved every minute and we will return xxx”
