On 17 October 2026, World Travel Awards brought its Europe Gala Ceremony to Montenegro for the first time in its 33-year history.
At Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, in front of tourism leaders from across the continent, Montenegro Concierge DMC was named Montenegro's Leading Destination Management Company 2026.
The title was decided by votes only, and we are proud of that.
But we are even prouder of who cast them.

For one evening, Europe's travel industry gathered in Kotor Bay. And our partner, Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, was a proud host.
Hotels, airlines, tour operators and destinations gathered on the water's edge, beneath the mountains that make this bay unlike any other on the Adriatic.
For a country that fits into a single day's drive, it was a big night.
For us, it was a home win.

Kotor: Europe’s Leading Emerging Tourism Destination 2026
Kotor was named Europe’s Leading Emerging Tourism Destination 2026. The UNESCO-listed old town and the Bay of Kotor are where most of our incentive and corporate programmes begin, and where we are proud to call home.
